NJPEC Names Hall of Fame Finalists

Honorees have made major contributions to the packaging industry.

An outstanding representation of packaging professionals chosen from entrepreneurs, package development, package engineering, purchasing and sales functions have been selected as finalists to be inducted into New Jersey Packaging Executives Club (NJPEC) Hall of Fame for 2011.

Each Hall of Fame Finalist has made major contributions to the packaging industry over the span of his/her career and has significantly advanced the packaging profession within his/her area of expertise.

Honorees, each of whom have served a minimum of 10 years within the packaging industry, will be inducted into the NJPEC 2011 Hall of Fame at a formal dinner meeting to be held at The Manor in West Orange, NJ, on September 22, 2011.

2011 Hall of Fame Honorees:

• John Lawlor – (In Memorium) – Founder of the following companies:
o American Packaging Company
o Norcross Products, Inc.
o American Bottle & Cap, Inc.
o Nature Clean, Inc.

• John Alonge
o Avon – Senior Manager of Engineering

• Ted Boccuzzi
o Advanced Distribution Systems – President and Owner

• Lorraine Ahart
o Victoria’s Secret- Vice President of Package Development

• Jim Pfister
o Finished Goods Enterprises, Inc. – President
